Vision
Youth, being not only the future but social actor at present in Latin America, should have freedom of expression and independence in journalism to develop positive news service and proposals for civil society increasing justice and access for human development

Mission
Giving youth opportunity of independent voice in mass media with proposal capacity, founding and consolidating non profit production organizations and multimedia Youth Journals in the countries of Latin America, generating democratic alternative communication increasing pluriformity. The multimedia programs should be produced by, broadcasted with, and destinated for young people, the biggest population shift in Latin America with themes as struggle against poorbness, human rights and education, Aids prevention and sustainable development.

Goal
Implementation and strengthening in 17 countries of latin America of a multimedia Youth Journal service by way of new local organizations on non profit base within six to nine years
